Meet The Owners and Staff

At Palmetto, we are proud of our coaches and staff. When it comes to the training of your child, we give quality instruction, with a positive attitude. All of our coaches and staff are certified to help your child be the best gymnasts they can be. We strive to create a balanced gymnastic experience where we train hard, but we have a lot of fun at the same time.

Horatiu Sana
Co-owner, Boys Team Head Coach

Originally from Cluj-Napoco, Romania, Mr. H was on the Romanian National Team for 10 years. He spent several years at the National Coaching School and University of Sport to specialize in the training of gymnastics. He is the owner of Palmetto Gymnastics Academy and the head of our Boys Competitive team.

Kristina Sana
Co-owner, Girls Team Head Coach

Originally from New Jersey with a background in both gymnastics and dance. Mrs. Kris is the head coach of our Girls Competitive team. She is co-owner of the gym along with her husband, Mr. H.
